Definitions

Each of the terms mentioned below in these Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "Conditions") have the following meanings:

Announcement: refers to all elements and data (visual, textual, audio, photographs, drawings) submitted by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility for the purpose of buying, renting, or selling a product or service and published on the Website and Mobile App.

Advertiser: means any natural or legal person who creates an account and submits an announcement on AdsPickup. Any Advertiser must be logged into their Personal Account to create, manage, or update listings.

Personal Account: refers to the free user account created by an Advertiser to publish, manage, and view listings on AdsPickup.

AdsPickup: refers to the company that operates and publishes the Website and Mobile App, including all related services.

Customer Service: refers to the support team responsible for assisting users and advertisers, accessible via the contact options provided on the Website and Mobile App.

AdsPickup Service refers to all services made available to Users and Advertisers through the Website and Mobile App.

Website: refers to the AdsPickup website accessible via its official domain, allowing Users and Advertisers to access the Services through the internet.

Mobile App: refers to the AdsPickup mobile application that allows Users and Advertisers to access the Services via mobile devices.

User: refers to any visitor accessing AdsPickup Services through the Website or Mobile App.

Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between AdsPickup and any User or Advertiser using the platform.

Acceptance

By using the AdsPickup Website or Mobile App, the User or Advertiser fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility

AdsPickup shall not be held responsible for any failure or improper performance of obligations due to the actions of Advertisers or events of force majeure.
